This printing technique is one of the most popular for printing all kinds of images or text on any surface in great detail. Thanks to our extensive experience and expertise, we can print bright, vibrant colours on a wide variety of different media and materials.
It is an advanced printing technique that allows printing on virtually any substrate, going directly from the final artwork file to the printed product without any intermediate processing. The result is an extremely detailed print with photographic quality.
Our proprietary Alupore technique consists of printing special inks under the surface of the aluminium and protecting them within the anodic layer. The big difference to other aluminium printing techniques is that Alupore is printed internally and not on the surface. This way the print is completely protected from scratches, abrasion and chemicals.
Anodising is an electro-chemical process on aluminium that generates an artificial oxidation layer that protects it. This layer is resistant to atmospheric agents, mechanical loads, solvents and chemical agents. As it is transparent, it does not alter the metallic appearance. Here you have all the information about this technique and its different finishes.
This engraving system is very popular and in demand due to its high level of personalisation. In this technique, the laser action volatilises the surface of the material to engrave all kinds of fixed or variable texts, logos or barcodes in a very precise and focused way. It is important to note that the result is unalterable and permanent.
This technique is used to make engravings in low or high relief at different depths, with great detail, in order to highlight the design. It is carried out on metals such as stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper, previously protecting the areas to be preserved and then attacking them with a corrosive medium.
Lamination allows us to apply protective films on top of printed surfaces to protect them from the effects of wear and tear before or during installation. Double-sided adhesives can also be added, as well as joining two or more materials together, controlling their correct registration.
This technique gives a more eye-catching appearance to plates and labels. It involves applying transparent polyurethane resin to the product which gives it this recognisable 3D effect. Not only is it an aesthetic improvement, but it also protects the product from abrasion and UV rays from the sun.
