Make all the machinery in the factory understandable and more intuitive to operate thanks to the front panels. In addition to providing valuable information about the machine, it also reinforces the corporate image. At Suprametal we use screen printing and AluPore techniques to achieve impressive results. Of course, everything is made of highly resistant materials suitable for intensive industrial use.
The control panel overlays allow the instructions for use of industrial machinery to be indicated for easy handling, but have the particularity of allowing areas with transparencies for displays and visualisation screens. Manufactured from polycarbonate, PVC and polyester films in different thicknesses and textures to achieve the desired result. Images and content are perfectly captured by screen or digital printing.
Acrylic panels are so called because they are mainly made of transparent acrylic materials to be able to display screens. These materials are methacrylate (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC) and polyester (PET, PETG). The printing is done by screen printing or digitally in full colour and adhesive can also be applied to be able to stick to any surface.
Combined panels consist of an aluminium base glued to a flexible polycarbonate, PET or PVC enclosure. The base material provides the necessary rigidity to the assembly and can incorporate stamped bolts to be fixed or for the fastening of other components. This combination allows for better versatility on any type of industrial machine. Screen printing and digital printing techniques are also used to capture all the information.
